About Danielle

Danielle practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law, business planning, and employment law. As a proactive planner, Danielle anticipates problems and helps clients take steps to prevent them from happening in the first place. Proper planning can make all the difference for clients, their families, and their businesses.

Danielle strives to make the estate planning process as convenient and straight-forward as possible for our clients. Danielle enjoys working with a variety of clients, from young families to retirees who want to protect their hard-earned savings and assets. Danielle helps clients craft a comprehensive estate plan tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families. Danielle also works with high-net wealth clients, both on the local and national level, to help clients protect assets and minimize taxes.

Danielle attended the University of South Dakota where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Biology and a Master of Science Degree in Health Administration. Danielle has a background in the healthcare field and has previously worked in various nursing homes and at the South Dakota Human Services Center. She truly enjoyed caring for elderly residents as a CNA, which led her to become the Elder Care Coordinator at Legacy Law Firm in 2018. Danielle graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law, and she also has her Certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University. When in law school, she served on the Alternative Disputes Resolution Board to sharpen her skills in negotiations and resolving disputes. Danielle strives to make the estate planning process as convenient and straight-forward as possible for our clients. She also enjoys serving as a resource to connect clients to the appropriate advisors and resources.

Outside of the office Danielle enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband, son and dogs.
