About Shannon
As the plan coordinator, my primary responsibility is ensuring that clients’ assets are properly aligned with their estate plan. Effective asset coordination is key to making sure the estate plan functions as intended and prevents potential challenges down the road. Without proper alignment, clients' loved ones could face probate, unnecessary costs, or tax liabilities, adding to their stress during an already difficult time. My focus is on simplifying this process, giving clients peace of mind that everything is taken care of and their families are fully protected in the future.

Background
I was adopted from Guatemala when I was little and have been in Sioux Falls ever since! I graduated from O’Gorman High School. I continued my education at Southeast Technical Institute and graduated with an Associate Degree in Early Education. After spending many years working in Early Education, I decided it was time for a change. I ended up working in Retail Management for a few years and loved it. However, with having four young children I needed a change and found a job that was more family-oriented, and I couldn’t be happier! When I’m not in the office I like to spend time with my family and friends. With four children at home and two dogs – Mia and Diesel, my husband and I have our hands full most of the time. When I have time to myself, I enjoy binge watching TV shows!
